About us

Marie Green Consultancy is a sole trader business providing pre-employment support services including CV writing, application form support, personal statement help, mock interview practice and group workshops. These terms apply to all services provided by Marie Green Consultancy.

Bookings

To book a session, get in touch via email at hello@mariegreenconsultancy.com. Once we have heard from you, we will send over a short registration form to complete. This helps us get to know a little about you and your goals before we speak. We will then confirm your session time based on availability. All sessions must be paid for in full prior to the session taking place.

Payment

Payment is required in full prior to your session by bank transfer. Details will be provided upon booking. For packages and ongoing support, payment terms will be agreed at the point of booking.

Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund and the session will be forfeited.

Document edits

As part of our service we will review and provide up to three rounds of edits per document. This applies to all packages and individual sessions. Additional edits beyond this are not included and may be subject to an additional charge.

Employment outcomes

Marie Green Consultancy provides pre-employment support and preparation services. While we are committed to giving you the very best tools, skills and confidence to succeed, we are unable to guarantee employment outcomes. The journey is yours and we are here to make sure you are ready for it.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information or the content of your sessions with any third party without your consent.

Workshops

Group workshop bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Marie Green Consultancy. Recordings of workshops may be made available for purchase after the live session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
