- Health or disability-related information, where you choose to share this to help me tailor my support
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers; I do not store card details)
- Communications between us, including emails and session notes
Why I Collect It and the Legal Basis
I collect and use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide my services — delivering sessions, reviewing documents and providing the support you have requested. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
- To communicate with you — responding to enquiries, scheduling sessions and sending relevant updates. The legal basis is legitimate interests.
- To keep records — maintaining accurate records of the support provided. The legal basis is legitimate interests and, where health information is involved, your explicit consent.
- To comply with legal obligations — where required by law.
Sensitive Information
If you share information about a disability, neurodivergent condition, mental health or other health-related matter, I treat this as special category data under UK GDPR. I will only use this information to tailor my support to you. I will never share it without your explicit consent.
How Long I Keep Your Information
I retain client records for up to three years after the end of our working relationship, in case you return to work with me or need to reference previous support. After this period, records are securely deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
Who I Share Information With
I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. I may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With payment processors to handle transactions securely
- With IT service providers (for example, Microsoft 365 and Zoom) who process data on my behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
- Where required by law or a regulatory authority
Cookies and Website Data
This website uses minimal cookies necessary for it to function. I do not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you contact me via the website, the information you submit is sent directly to my email and is not stored by the website itself.
